Sal was absolutely a blast to work with. He was patient and understanding with us. He also supervised the demo and install the whole time making sure nothing went wrong. Are paver driveway turned out so beautiful and is much easier to walk on. Sal took time to make sure it was straight and level against the few obstacles in the way. And im most appropriate the he made sure that the walk away going into the house was nice and level and easy for mom to walk on. I recommend starshine pavers plus to anyone and I cant wait to start the next project with Sal and his crew.

Sal was awesome! He was so detailed when he came out to give me a quote to make sure I got exactly what I wanted. They came in a knocked my job out in no time. Have a new driveway, sidewalks and pool deck area thanks to Sal. Now I get to show it of when people come over. Wouldn't ever use anyone else!

Great experience with Sal. We wanted to get rid of our old sunken paver deck on our lanai and put in astro turf to soften the area because we have a lot of hardscape. Sal and his crew came out the next day to do the demo. He also worked with our turf installer to prep the area. He did the demo, disposal, brought in substrate, compacted and leveling in 1 day. (PS we're currently getting a quote for new paver sidewalk). Great job Sal.

Sal does fantastic work! My pool deck is less than 2 years old, but it was growing stuff in the joints. Sand was missing. I attempted to DIY it, but then sand was getting tracked into the pool and the house. I contacted Starshine through their website, and Sal contacted me within a few hours (on a Sunday!). When he came out to give me a quote to clean, sand, and seal, he immediately noticed the pool coping which has always bothered me. It's standard pavers, and the pool builder's idea of finished did not match mine. They left the lugs on the pavers, and the joints overhanging the pool were empty because the sand just fell through. Sal offered to grind off the lugs and grout the joints so they would hold sand. He also understood my concerns about how glossy sealed pavers often look and had a solution to get me the satin finish I wanted.
I had family coming into the town the following week, so Sal arranged his schedule to accommodate my timeline and the weather. He worked over the weekend to get it done. His wife even came to help.
Prior to hiring Starshine, I had one of those big companies with TV commercials come out to quote. They only offered semi-gloss sealer, and their quote didn't include cleaning and sealing the pavers around the exterior of the pool cage. Nor did they do the kind of custom work I needed for the pool coping. The guy was also already telling me what to do when the mold returns!
Starshine is not cheap, but they are worth it. Sal is knowledgeable and patient. He really cares about his customers and uses high-quality professional products. I'm very happy with how everything came out. The pavers are protected and look great. And the pool finally looks finished!!
